Eggs โ Eggs are one of the popular source of protein. They are easy to make of many ways, they have 13 gram of protein per 100 gram. Eggs help us fights allergies and fights against Anemia and stronger bones, heart and eyes.

- 4 medium Strawberries
Blueberries toast
- 1 Toast
- 3 tbsp Cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
Banana toast
- 1 Toast
- 2 tbsp Cashew butter
- 1 small Banana
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
Humus Toast
- 1 toast
- 3 tbsp Hummus
- 1 small Avocado
Avocado Toast
- 1 toast
- 1 small Avocado
- 1 larg Egg
Seeds toast
- 1 toast
- 3 tbsp Hummus
- 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds or hemp seeds
Instructions
Strawberries toast
- Ontoast spread Cottage cheese and on top add sliced strawberries

- On toast spread Cottage cheese and on top add blueberries

- On toast spread cashew butter, on top add sliced bananaย and sprinkle some cinnamon.
