We love this cup for so many reasons, for instance itโ€™s a great and nutrition breakfast recipe. Plus using jars is a great sustainable way of eating.  The combination of yogurt with fresh fruit is also so tasty I make it with a some honey, puffed quinoa and white chocolate on top.

How to make Pineapple cup

Melt white chocolate in double boiler or use microwave. In Jar add Greek yogurt, puffed quinoa, one tbsp of honey and mix well. Then add sliced Pineapple and pour over white chocolate. Place in fridge at least for 1 hour or overnight. Enjoy!

  • 1/2 cup Puffed quinoa
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple
  • 3 tbsp White chocolate
