Ingredients
  

  • 200 gram Pasta of your choice
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic pressed
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup Pasta water
  • 1 Burrata cheese
  • 1 tbsp Fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp Chili oil

Instructions
 

  • : Follow the package instructions to cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta cooking water before draining.
  • While the pasta cooks, prepare the green sauce. In a blender, combine the fresh spinach, pressed garlic cloves, a pinch of salt, black pepper to taste, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, grated Parmesan, and the reserved 1/4 cup of pasta water. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
