  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp red pepper powder

For the Vegetables

  • 1 medium carrot thinly sliced
  • 1 bok choy chopped
  • 200 g mushrooms sliced
  • broccolini cut into pieces
  • 1 large onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

For the Sauce

  • 250 ml water
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp tapioca powder (or cornstarch as an alternative)
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce (adjust to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Combine minced meat with 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oil, and 1 teaspoon red pepper powder.Let it marinate for 5-10 minutes.
  • Prepare carrots, bok choy, mushrooms, broccolini, onion, and garlic as described.
  • Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.Add marinated minced meat and cook until browned and fully cooked.Remove from the wok and set aside.
  • In the same wok, sautรฉ onion and garlic until fragrant.Add all the sliced vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes until tender-crisp.
  • In a bowl, mix together 250 ml water, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon tapioca powder, and 1 tablespoon chili sauce.
  • Serve the dish hot with a side of rice.
